| Our current production capacity stands at 250,000 Kg per week comprising Single
Jersey, Interlock, Fleece, Polar Fleece, Rib, Pique, Structures, Pointelle and Marl
fabrics. Fabric composition covers an interesting range including Cottons, Polyesters,
Spandex, Lycra, Rayons, Wool, Viscose, Modal, and a multitude of such blends.
We also have a comprehensive Flat Knit section which produces bands & collars, and
can accommodate Jacquard and Tipping. Printing work is outsourced. |
| Our laboratories are equipped with modern state-of-the-art machinery to get the 100%
accuracy in colour management. The Colour Management Laboratory is capable of handling
300 lab dippings per day with continuous maintaining of above accuracy level. The
Quality Assurance Department ensures that high quality standards are maintained
throughout the production process, until the fabric is stitched in the garment factories.
It is also equipped with modern instruments and machinery to perform various tests in
order to accomplish the quality parameters.
The final objective of these processes is to supply high quality fabric to our most
valued party, "The Customer". |
